Should have kept the SOS Tacoma it wouldn't have buckled like that Chevy. Just look at the 3rd Gen barely a mark on it.

 

Wore out the spots and largemouth on Lake Greenwood this afternoon with the wife. I’m loving this weather, can’t believe it’s almost October and still in the 80s. All my buddies back home are fishing in winter coats cause it’s in the 40s in the mornings.

I would take the heat any day over the cold. If I never see snow again I’m good with that.

 

My wife and I have that debate often. She does cold and snow fine. I dislike both, but can tolerate it if I don't have to shovel snow or scrape ice. We're trying to find a compromise somewhere.

 

Only time I like snow is when I have a snowboard attached to my feet and I'm carving up some fresh powder
on the slopes.

 

You can always add more clothes. Can only take so many off!

Can't wait for the fall.

 

Bring on that winter weather. I lived out west for 12 years. I love it .

**Exact same thing happened to me on 77 North a few years ago; I also had about 4000 miles on my then new Tacoma- before I was on TW.

A BMW radiator core support hit my hitch hard! The BMW was smashed in, so bad the windshield was also busted. Plastic pieces on my OEM bumper, and my trailer harness were replaced. No other damage found.

 

Can only add so many layers before you cant move! Lol!

My first year in Michigan it snowed.. in April. I had just moved there from FL. First year at work there, one of my supervisors died in a snow and ice related car wreck outside of Detroit, and I cant count the number of close calls I've had in the slush. Thank you. But no.

Do you work outside?

 

Yep. In and out throughout the day. I would take working outside in the heat over the cold. Hydrate and dress for it. I remember replacing a turbo on a d11 dozer in the middle of January and asking myself wtf I was doing out in this weather.

I’m fortunate I’m not 100 percent outside all the time, but I would still take the heat. Just not a fan of the cold at all.
