Hahahaha that's the easy part. The hard part is going through and doing all the walls, floors, sending stuff to a truss company. Be prepared though you aren't going to get a custom built home for the $90/sqft the pop up neighborhoods offer. Also custom built you are able to really put the money where it should go and not go cheap on structure, but build smaller and flow better to seem bigger.

You looking at single or 2 level? (I highly recc. single level).

3/2 + office, 1800-2000sqft...single level, possibly a bonus room above the garage if it allows.

Don’t need huge amount of space, just need openness and something that flows well...you’ve seen our house, it’s all sectioned off.

Also, we want the master br to be separated away from the other two rooms. I have a layout in mind, and know we want a craftsman style house.

My kinda style craftsman are usually 1 1/2 story or 2 but you can make a single level ranch look crafstman easily. The layout would be a split ranch with the family areas Central and the bedrooms off to either side it's a very simplistic layout.

Garages attached to house I like to separate them via a hall or breezeway due to leakage of fumes from cars into the homes. But with spray foam insulation just on the connecting walls of the garage it keeps it to a min. Also there are commercial building products for outlets and such that are fire blockers that prevent this as well.

You could but like Tim said it could end up messing up and throwing the belt if it completely denigrates. As long as it still freewheels with the A/C off you should be ok for a while just keep an eye on it. The A/C light flashing could mean several things low on freon, incorrect pressures, etc.

I think I got tagged in the buttocks

Not OEM, but I like it!
(Was OEM size for 78-82 1 ton, however)

Edit- For clarity-I removed the original stickers (that had turned to gel) & installed new TOYOTA & TACO (cut down Tacoma). So, it is “tagged” -in the graffiti sense.

Water hammering noises usually come from poorly vented systems and are on the drain side. Also from supply pipes that aren't securely fastened. Did this just start? Well or city? Just in one area of the house or at all faucets and stuff?

Yeah, but when it's paired with a burnt clutch smell its a pretty good assumption.

My guess is it is something to do with the drain not venting. Just a hunch

:rofl:No investigate more but there is a possibility that the vent stack is clogged for some reason. I've seen them fill with water and not drain, debris from trees, etc. Also there should be a cleanout somewhere in the drain check that to see if there is an obstruction.

Not sure why the heater overflow is happening that sounds like a separate issue.
