I know the full bumper with hoops with strongest crap so I don't foresee there being a problem it's just less aluminum then the full bumper

Not sure but just like Eddie's full plate aluminum bumpers they are strong as hell so you shouldn't have any issues winching

I have been tossing up in my head selling my Tacoma and getting a tundra four door because of room for three kids and a dog but then I think they're still not enough room so I might as well just keep my tacoma

I've seen one used unless you get extremely burried in mud you'll be fine. A definite upgrade is the frame bracing which replaces the chinsy factory bolts and mounting location with 3/16 steel and 1/2" hardware. By burried I mean even a steel bumper and strong winch won't get you out you'll be suctioned down in it.

Eddie reinforce my front with plates and bolts when I had my aluminum front bumper to make it stronger. I'm totally thinking about taking advantage of his memorial Day 15% off the of aluminum

All full size trucks are getting really big interior wise. Depending on the size of dog it's a lot bigger. But that also makes for a hard vehicle to take anywhere and explore if you are wanting to run some trails. There is no perfect vehicle always trade-offs

More stuck than that where it would take an excavator to get you out like in the mud bogs. But yeah that kinda stuck doesn't look fun. That's some deep slop there. This was from the KY adventure trip?

Grove was miles of trails, they went under 185 and all over the place. fruit mountain in Easley was cool too, doubt Greenville Pickens would do much business at all if it was still available. It's just when I look at pics of some of these "off road parks" they're just trails. hopefully since Greenville Pickens is just opening it will develop some nice obstacles and bring in some rock like gulches did.

I think the bro trucks are a large part of trails being gated. One call in the middle of the night with some dumbass stuck his drop bracketed on 35s truck would be all it took. That's what happened with a sic trail in travelers rest. Big washouts rocks and hill climbs. Dude had gated it and would let you ride of you asked because so many people rode at night. Then someone cut the gate open and he got pissed and closed it off completely.
