Feed her some robins. Breast them, wrap in bacon, put on grill and tell her they are fillet mignon. After she says how good they are, Tell her what they really are. Then you can retire!

What does that silver valve do? The one that is missing the hose. Noticed the hose to it was snapped off the back of my stock intake and it appears someone glued it back on. What would happen if that was blocked off?

 

Fuel regulator 23280-31010 probably wanna hook that back up.

 

Seems important. Anybody have a stock intake they want to sell? Lol

just tee it into a vacuum source.

 

I can't tell by the diagrams where it connects. If it's after the throttle body then hook it to a vacuum source. If it's before the TB then it's just a vent to not release fuel vapor into the atmosphere.

 

I’m gonna cut the metal nipple off the no-name cold air intake and drill out the stock intake so the metal nipple connects the two

AFR seems to be the same with it routed properly and with it blocked off

 

Gotcha then your fuel pressure is likely too high and you have a vacuum leak. Sounds like it might even out

 

When whoever glued it, it sealed both ends. Lol

 

Hmm I wonder how much glue got down in the regulator.

 

No they glued the nipple on and the glue sealed the inside of the broken nipple and the intake. The hose was stuck on the regulator with the nipple in the other end still sealing it.

 

Oh I see, at least they didn't glue your regulator open or shut
