What are you dropping the thousand on? Boats have always been that hole in the water that you throw money into...but the memories and fun are worth it if you use it.

Ffffuuuuuddddggggeee. Hit a rock? If it makes you feel better I found out one of my deep cycle batteries hasn’t been holding a charge. Time to replace both of them I guess. Need to add a solar charger to keep them topped off.

Nope i don't think so, heard an odd sound pulling her out of the water last night, but it wasn't the sound of hitting anything. I always do a good walk around before putting her in, and I saw it this time. I've seen what looked like a stress crack starting around that area but it was leaking or anything like that. Now it's full on leaking. Not a good find haha. I have no clue honestly. But she's older so a new foot will do her good.

Introducing Ryland's Knave of Hearts, aka Knavey. Ryland's KoH is his AKC name. Dog didn't have a real name for three days because no one could agree on one...

I wasn't sold on the whole whippet dog idea for a while, but since he has come into the family, my tune has changed. Great personality, super with the kids, not bad with the cats so far, no shedding, no dog smell -- even wet, no barking. Spendy little farker, though.

yea, if he's good with kids already, he'll be a good one. that was the biggest deciding factor on keeping the most recent pup that showed up at our house. he just lays there until she bugs him too much then he'll lick her until she gets pissed off and crawls off.
