Welp. As soon as I saw this, I went to the kitchen and made grits and eggs.

You’ve probably had shitty grits. :notsure:

I like mine super thick with garlic, salt, smoked paprika, and assorted cheeses.

You need good grits, not the kind you have to pick out of your teeth.

I'm partial to Velveeta in mine for cheese. Hands up, don't shoot! It just melts so good.

Speaking of furnaces, Im still without heat downstairs. Was supposed to have it installed last friday but no one showed.
So I thought maybe there was a communication issue and I would call sat morning.

House alarm goes off (180db) at 8am because they opened my crawl space door.
Mind you, im working 65-70 hrs a week. 12 hr days, saturdays and sundays.

I turn my phone off around 4am as not to be disturbed. So I didnt actually recieve any calls but my message light was on.

Meanwhile, Im so dissoriented from only a couple hrs of sleep. Left the phone upstairs, grabbed the m36 and headed downstairs to shut the alarm off. See the hvac truck in the driveway and have a convo with the guys.

Meanwhile, I told them no one called the previous day to reschedule for sat and that I was going to call when I got up.
    So we resceduled for 1-9.

Then the sheriffs dept rolls up because my phone was upstairs and still turned off so I missed the call from the alarm company.

    Ayway, its all good now.
4 ton, 14 seer Trane combo unit with xl824 wi-fi enabled with nexia/diag lcd display unit coming in 2 weeks.

btw. If I havnt posted this before, go get a couple these from lowes. They brought me 2 of them to keep the downstairs warm while waiting for install.

I litteraly thought the guy was joking when he walked in with them. Have one in the kitchen and one in the living room.

They have auto rotate and knock over sensors. They are both set to 71 and keep he downstairs at a comfy 64.
    Thats roughly 700 sq/ft.

I run my non vented natural gas insert for an hour every once in a while to help take the load of the small heaters.
