I feel you, I will say though a wife and a car seat makes even a double cab cramped...something to think about.

This is not a good excuse. I carry all my leeches in my DCSB with no problem. You can fit leeches in a AC up until around 8 years old.

there is very little room in the back seats for car seats. I haul a 3yo and 5mo in mine and there is a reason I’m selling it for another GX.

My 3yo is front facing behind me and has zero leg room. I’m 6ft so my seat is pretty far back and she is 90% for height for her age so she has NO room for her legs.

On the passenger side with a rear facing seat your front pass seat is unuseable as it is pretty much all the way forward.

Look at the DC 1st gen tundra specifically the 05-06 models. They are the same WB as a dclb taco and a lot bigger. Or sequoia of that vintage is a good choice as well.

Ratchet straps double as seatbelts in a pinch.

Once you get 3 people, their phones and water bottles and purses and diaper bags and 2 pistols and wallets and masks and goldfish crackers, Its tight. I would trade straight up for a tundra of my year with a 4.7 and crew cab.

Oh yah I’ve got a 2018 4runner But I need a truck fo reasons. I sold my dcsb taco a year ago. Should have kept it and sold the access cab. Dcsb was plenty of room, and im 6’2. Had niece and nephew car seats in it with no problems.

But I do agree a tundra would be ideal. The ones I want are 35k+ don’t want to spend that right now on a truck.

I put 3 car seats (2 booster and 1 full size) and it sucks. 4th kid on the way. This is why I own a Sequoia. I will say that 3 car seats fit just fine with tons of leg room in my 2007 Tundra DC. I also fit 6 full grown adults since I had a bench seat up front. I miss my tundra

Look at the 1st gens or early 2nd gens they are no where near that pricing and can be had with reasonable mileage and in good shape
