    That's happening a lot here on james island. Might happen to you again on Johns island if you are not careful. lol I literally get 2-3 calls a week from agents who want to make an offer on my house.

    we're ok with that. pretty easy money and it let us put more down on a bigger house and yard since we were planning to have kids. we're looking in Awendaw now. gotta find something with a mother in law suite for my aging inlaws.

    yep. we ended up with 2 girls. 3 yrs old and 2 yrs old right now.we're glad they have a good place to play. our house backs up to swamp (surprise) so they have plenty of space to run.
