Its legit. I like it a lot, just in a mood to clean out the house and put some money back in the bank account.

Finally got some time to unwrap the LT kit and I'm impressed with how beefy everything is

First brisket. 6 hours on the smoker set to 260° into 165° internal, wrapped then pulled at 200° internal. 1 hour in the cooler. Really delicious and tender. However next time I think I'll do 2 hours in the cooler.

As many parts as I've made or put on this truck over the years, I always forget how small everything looks once it's installed, and am shocked at how big the pieces really are when they come in the mail. You have any fab work left to do, or is it all bolt up stuff at this point?

Nice. I plan on running two briskets Saturday, first on the big smoker. I’ll be running about 14 hours so drop by and drink a beer!

It's all bolt up at this point except for the limit strap brackets that need to be welded on which I'll probably have you help me with that for the location spot that they need to be at

When you're installing, take note on what the drop limiter is. It's not always the coilovers. Lots of LT kits are limited by the upper uniball. As long as you know what the limiting item is, we can get is positioned and welded on very quickly.

don’t go by temp when pulling it. Go by feel. If your probe thermometer has some resistance when poking around it’s not ready. I’ve had them go to 205-206 before they were ready.

I usually hold in the cooler for 2hrs. Anymore than that isn’t necessary IMO.

King of the hammers YouTube channel. Live streaming all week. West Coast race though, so most of the live stuff doesn't start until 11am to 1pm out time. All f the live broadcasts are posted as regular videos afterwards.

The drone pilots are incredible. I want to say they've been running the drones for about 5 years now, and I can't say I've ever seen one crash.
