South Carolina campgrounds open during covid?

Any SC guys able to recommend some good campsites that are still open during the shutdown? Or have they all been closed? Looking to get away for a few days to some warmer weather.

There is a lot of complaining on-line about folks from harder hit area, i.e. NY, traveling outside of their home states as well.

 

Perfect way to self quarantine. Camping. So....Any info on open areas? I saw some people camped out in Francis Marion last week off one of the hiking trails. Any other info is appreciated. THanks
