Retro update: So i got the bezels back in the lens. good so far,

Bad news: After i freaking tighten the adjustment nuts on the back for like 30 mins a piece with my ghetto pliers because of lack of adequete tools, i find that i can ROTATE the projector slightly in one of the bowls.... god damn it....

Edit: noticed that i didnt tighten the locking nut on the back... whew! brain fart there. :p Its all good. Tomorrow hopefully i can get some time to test the horizontal alignment, whatever that means...

Horizontal alignment means the light output when the truck is on level ground about 20' away from a wall looks like this ______ not like this / or this \

This is an image of what good horizontal alignment looks like with both lights on:

The two little angled sections in the center are created by each bulb, and are normal. They should be approximately the same distance apart as the bulbs, which I believe is right at 54" on our trucks.

This is easier done when it's not bright out.

I have masking tape already set up on the wall of my garage from when I realigned my stock headlights. It makes it way easier if you have a target like tape on the wall. I put a horizontal piece all the way across that was 2" lower than the bulb height from the ground, I then put two short vertical pieces at the correct width to get my left/right alignment dialed in.

Edit: also see this post: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/gr...x-r-bixenon-projectors-gb-45.html#post3165107

Like 15-20 minutes. You just take 76 all the way to 85. Anyone in Anderson could meet there too.
