Everything is installed on the Compass. Rectangular hatch with insert, round hatch moved to bow, hookless mesh pocket, BerleyPro Side Bro, Yak Attack anchor trolly, and pad eye for drive leash. Just waiting on the Lowrance to get here next week hopefully.

That hull looks warped. I can’t let you risk getting on the water with a kayak like that. Send it to me I’m willing to take the risk. :anonymous:

Damn! Thanks for catching that...I’ll file a warranty claim so neither of us have to take the risk.

Shit it is that time of yr. when those tasty treats start moving up to the spawning grounds. Now the question is since that is such a pale example is that a black crappie or white?

Yeah they usually start moving up end of feb begining of march main spawn really goes off mid march!

I've got a secret spot on a lake here that every minnow produces a keeper. To bad the lake has a bag limit. But after you get your bag put the minnow on a santee cooper rig or sliding sinker and it's catfish time!

I've caught some really pale blacks like that before it took me a little while of looking at the pics to identify it because the differences are so minute.

Easy to identify when they look like the pic but when they don't and have no coloration at all this is what helped me the # of spines. Plus the anal and dorsal fins are slightly shaped differently.

Yeah that's like 99% of what we have too. I don't think I have caught a white before. Just we get some that have nothing just plain scales they look really funky kinda neat when you catch them though.

We have stripe and white bass hybrids. I think it is just a genetic thing I have only caught them out of one lake like that the others are just pale but still have the spots and stuff. We have a lot of different sunfish hybrids like red ears and blue gills they are kid of cool to catch mostly catch them out of this one river for cat fish bait get all kinds of neat coloring and stuff.

I asked for the 27th off. Doubt it’ll happen but doesn’t hurt to try.

Made sure I had my bday off too.
