White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
I run a ScanGageII all the time. I have it showing MPG, so it is a good indicator of what is going on. The KM2 Mud Terrains on the highway at 70 were getting around 13>15 mpg, The oem tires, no other changes, get low 20's at 70mph. At 60 my truck now pulls about 31mpg. Loosing all the cats and installing the DTLT headers was huge increase in MPG.

I should also mention the truck does have a NST spacer and a URD MAF box and runs all Mobil 1 fluid, even in the automatic transmission.

Those mud terrains eat gas...but have incredible grip off-road.

What up yall. So I'm looking at buying a 2013 turbo frs that's in Ft. Lauderdale. If I got with the guy and could work out a time, would someone with some car sense be willing to meet up with him and check it out for me? Of coarse I'm still kinda going out on a limb by asking essentially a stranger to spend my money for me but I'd be willing to bet at least 1 of yall is a good dude and would help out a fellow TW folk. Let me know if this is something someone could do and I can give you more details

I might be able to help, traded in my BRZ for my Tacoma so I know my way around the FA20. I won't be in the area for another 3 weeks or so though.

Ended up getting the KO2's. All I can say is WOW!! Perfect fit and much better than the original KO's. At first glance, they look the same, but they really stepped up with this tire. Much better traction in the rain (and dry pavement for that matter), slightly better off road (though that may be because the others were 50% worn) and WAY QUIETER than the original KO's were brand new. It's pretty incredible the difference. DEFFINATLY happier with these.

@AWorthyOpponent, the KO2's are a bit of a hybrid, like the Goodyear Duratracs, but better quality (in my opinion) and stiffer sidewalls. The center tread area is more of an AT type and the outer tread blocks are a bit more of an MT type, plus the tread going up the sidewalls is more aggressive as well.

I'm glad that you are happy with them. Makes me look forward to a new set for my truck in 285/70r17.

Look at the flex on the sidewalls of my BFG's. I was taking those curves fast enough that the truck kept making a beeping sound around the curves. It turns out to be my body roll sensor. I didn't even know my truck had that until I drove it here at the Tail of the Dragon.

Oh nice. Yeah i currently own 2 but not a turbo one. The guy seems sincere about all the info hes given me in the conversations we've had and i know the setup he is running and the tuner he is using but not being able to see the car in person is a bit unsettling for me. Id just like you or someone else to scan over the car and make sure theres nothing hes not telling me

Can anyone confirm that a 4.0L air intake from an '05 will fit a 2012? Thanks in advance.

Technically I would say yes, but there might be some minor changes due to emissions items that were added in 2012-2015

You could probably make it work but it's not going to be a direct fit I would imagine.

Greetings fellas, a buddy of mine, @JuansTaco works for an off road company and they got hit by some credit card fraud. Products went to the Miami area. Keep an eye out for someone selling a lot of new off road products(ARB, Warn, Rigid, KC Lights etc.)

    Thanks!

Jeez! Miami, Insurance & Credit Card fraud capital of the US, possibly the world. I'm already paying $610 A MONTH (Full Coverage with All State) for 3 cars ('08 Tacoma V6, '08 Charger V6, '12 Accord L4). Once my wife gets her new SUV that'll be about another $200 - $250 per month added to that.
My wife, sons (22 & 18) & myself all have clean driving records.

We pay the price for thieves like these.

Yea I can see that problem, who delivered it? UPS? FedEx? I delivered UPS for 25 years and believe me when stuff like that was going to an address weird or not likely to get stuff like that I was on the phone with our LP guy letting him know what's up.

    Um....WHAT?

Call around and get some new quotes, I'm paying about $130 a month for a 2016 Tacoma with full coverage in Broward.
