LMAO...!!! that's a buddy of mine, he's not a big 4x4 guy per say. His line of work is advertising so he wanted to use some new gear that he put on the Drone.

I will say, we need to go back to this place like A.S.A.P. its really a cool spot, has a ton of stuff for everyone to do.

I'll make sure he comes along next time so we can get a huge video of all the Florida Tacoma's.

    I KNEW I wasn't alone. HAHAHA!

I know the feeling. It's how I felt with Citrus.

    You'll love it Ryan!

We can visit the Hump again as long as it doesn't rain much.

I won't be able to go to dinner this Sunday but I would like to go to another dinner meet next time you guys plan one. I think you guys in WPB have done this before. i would like to have dinner with you just can't this Sunday. :(
    I don't mind driving if it's reasonable.

I'm posting this pic that shows the cities that we live in (of course, no exact addresses) so you can have an idea how far apart we are. I apologize if I left anyone out.

    Folks,

Based on my time on this forum (3 years this month. 2 1/2 years with my truck) it seems that Citrus is the most popular off-road & camping spot in Florida. I want to go this winter, especially since I couldn't go last winter. My first TW off-road meet was at JW Corbett (December 2012) & that's where I met most of you WPB guys.

Anyways, I think that Lazy Springs can be considered our "mini" Citrus. From what I've heard Citrus has easy areas along with technical areas. Lazy Springs is similar. I've gone to a few off-road spots (with TW members & sometimes exploring alone) & Lazy Springs is like no other. I was able to have fun AND not get muddy, which I wasn't in the mood for.

Hopefully we can have more Tacoma's out there too! I can tell you that it's worth the 2 hour drive from my house. If we plan this well, we can take a grille or 2, steaks, burgers, hot dogs & spend a few hours out there. I already ordered a 10x10 canopy tent because there is NO SHADE there. Plus, I can take it to the beach. :D

Can't you camp out there too? Maybe head out one Saturday night and camp...wheel Sunday? Make it like the northern guys do citrus?

Biggest problem I have with citrus is that it's like 4 hours and a full tank of gas each way...from ME...

That's right Dan! I forgot that Mauricio had mentioned that. He said it's primitive camping vs Citrus that has more amenities.

    FYI: my next few Sundays.
    Sunday. June 1. Moms house.
    Sunday. June 8. Tire Inventory.
    Sunday. June 15. Fathers Day.
Sunday. June 22. May be available.
Sunday. June 29. May be available.

The good thing about Lazy Springs that we can go anytime regardless of what season it is since the landscape is all man made.

Primitive camping may not be all that bad of we all go together and make it our own. Less rules if anything. As long as we can get to a toilet for the girls, we should be fine.

My thought exactly. If I go alone I'll sleep in my truck. I have these:
    http://www.shevron.com.au/index.php/products/windowsox/

I'd rather go in the winter time too

Primitive camping is not all that bad. That's usually
How the wife and I camp and we never have to many
Complaints. You just really need to make sure you
    Bring everything you need.

    Hello Everybody,

Mauricio stopped by my store today for a tire upgrade. I drove his truck before & after the tire swap & the difference is day & night. More contact patch plus a smoother & quieter ride!
