I think a Lazy Springs day should be arranged. There's plenty of us to go and it's not too far for any of us.

 

Lol that's a 2 hour drive one way for me. What about the humps?

It's only driving. That's the thing with everyone down here, no one wants drive to get anywhere.

Hey... Coconut Creek Member here when/where exactly is this fall camp? Depending on the dates I may join. Also... saw all you talking about meeting some time soon... what about JW Corbett... just an option.

 

FWC has been running people out of Corbett. The Fall Camp & Ride is Oct 14-16 at Citrus.

I think it would be fun for everyone to run over to Lazy Springs in Lehigh Acres, but no one ever wants to drive anywhere.

I seen their site... 4 Hrs driving for me (round trip) If there is a good crowd and it is planned with time... I'm down... I'll make a day out of it. I did not know about Corbett... I was there a couple months back... no issues... then again I was not doing anything crazy. There is a nice Power grid trail that I heard of and will like to drive... but can't alone (rule #1).

I enabled the email on this tread so do let us know... For the rest of the group... that is in the east coast (WPB/Coconut Creek/Miami) peeps... we can meet for Bfast and lest go to Lazy Springs.

I can do that but it won't be for anytime soon as I am about to embark on a 12 day overland trail journey through the Appalachians. Would have to be late August or sometime in September.

 

Nice!! You are taking your truck? are you an Overland member? (I'm not but kinda interested).

It will be nice if you document your trip and share... so others can try it too. Do some google tracking of the route.

 

Yeah, I'm taking the truck. I'm going to be hitting Nimblewill Gap Rd, Charlie's Creek Rd, Tallulah River Rd, and several others in North Georgia. I'll definitely be posting along the way. Check out the YouTube videos of Charlie's Creek road and Nimblewill Gap Rd.
