    Just what I have read on here. Granted, alot of them are dip shits. Money is a factor though so a year of waiting and dreaming isn't going to kill me. It's going to be a second vehicle which sits at the house most of the time. So I am in no rush to have 2 payments.

    anyone know any decent carpenters or roofers? i need my facia and soffit boards repaired. not sure if thats considered roof or carpentry.

    Also need a decent aluminum patio repair guy....

    Depending on the age of your home you might what to see how much it would be to retro fit wind mitigation hangers if you don't have them especially if you are redoing the soffit boards.

    That is a lot of water damage. You might want to look into covering the fascia board with aluminum that has a drip edged. I have it around my Florida room and does a good job.

    if you look theres a drip edge, might be hard to see in the picture. the main issue is going to be getting to the soffit with the patio roof there.

    Yes i do is the drip now but you might want to cover the rest of the board in aluminum . I dont see how anyone could get to the soffit but i am an accountant and not a carpenter.

    That looks like poor construction,your facia board shouldn't get any water from roof drain off. Mine doesn't.

    Now they are putting aluminum over the entire facia board are the drip edge.
