don't quote me on it but i thought federal transportation laws state that you can transport trough any state as long as gun is cleared and locked in a case separated from ammo. and i think it should not be easily accessible from drivers seat.

See....now someone mentioned that too in the class.....But then the whole I have a truck with no trunk so everthing is within my reach!!!! lol I really would want to bring my 1911 and 22 plinker so we could have some (safe) fun.

Im gonna look into.....see what i can find.....I could go buy a couple cheapo locking cases and seperate the frame from the slide....and just buy ammo when I get there.

the end of the story is when we have to all tell the Rangers how you cut your arm off with your chainsaw skillz. Please leave it at home until you learn how to use it - that goes for you as well Ant.

You are both very scary with a saw. For once I'm not kidding. I have medical kits but I would rather not ruin my vacation trying to stop the bleeding from a limb loss with my belt.

    yep....see above

obviously no one with any skillz taught you...

    training poorly = poorly trained

Ant is scarier then you, but your both dangerous.

Maybe you should both be put on axe/machete detail and leave the real cutting to me.

Not necessarily a good idea. Friend of mine at work put a nice hole in his shin while drunken hatcheting for fire wood. Just as much can go wrong with those.

As long as we are near a river I'm all good. The deeper in the woods the better IMO.
