I emailed the guy. This was his response:

Being in the army has some advantages and one of them is the fact that I can ship it very cheap. I will pay for the shipping charges, as I’ve said in my first email. I think I can have it there in 3-5 business days.

this is a money scam , ive gotten a similar email back when i was looking at getting a car that i though was way under priced on (Craigslist) if its to good to be true chances are it probably is.
