Probably McGeorge Toyota, use the FJ/Tacoma or T4R part number. Same thing and much less than the one in a Lexus box.

Mine has apparently led a hard un-maintained life...I'm slowly bringing it back to life...Mine has quite a few dents and scratches as well. It really needs a paint job and some body work to make it perfect...not sure I'm THAT committed to it yet...might fix it up and resell in the spring. The 460's are growing on me.

I'm learning more and more every day that not only did I steal mine but I could probably sell it for over double what I have in it.

Same. And they aren't too badly priced compared to what 470's are going for now. The 460's are so much more updated and refined overall, it would be nice to have those touches. I hear the only con I hear is the power band of the 460 isn't the same as the 470... not as peppy off the line.

    can confirm.

the driver seat in the 460 is completely terrible...or maybe it's just ours. I can't drive it more than an hour without major back pain.

not sure what you paid, but I would hope to at least double my money as well if I put some time and work into the body/paint as well.

the two times I've driven my 470 the seat is really comfy, much more than our 460...but the position of the gas pedal in my 470 is weird and my leg is bent at an awkward angle which makes it unfcomfortable.

the 460 seat is comfy, except the lumbar support...it's too low and won't deflate enough, that's the real problem. feels like a 2x4 is pressing into my lower back just above my ass crack.

The seats, nav setup and powerband were my biggest issues with the 460 and ultimately why I bailed on it and went with the 470.

That and the 460 I bought had a timing cover leak.

Ahhh interesting. I only rode passenger in a 460, never drove it. I would probably need to go drive a couple to get a confirmation on the seat deal. back pain while driving is no bueno. Definitely a make or break for me.

Damn I've heard this is a major issue with the 460's. What was the quote to fix?

probably the same as all other toyotas...$2k-ish

we have the platinum warranty, so I'm gonna crawl under ours this weekend and check it out. If it's leaking it's going to the dealer to get fixed before the warranty runs out.
