Alignment done. Drives straight as an arrow.

the vibes are still present 65+mph though not as badly...oddly enough sometimes it stops for a few seconds. Makes me wonder if it’s something in the driveline.

I had a similar issue with mine. 55 to 65 mph random or sometimes constant vibration. In my case it ended up being the wrong lug nuts. Come to find out the person I bought the 460 from used the wrong lugs.

It's pretty constant above 65mph, it's not RPM related. I put it in 4th gear at speed and it still had vibes.

Have you greased the drive shafts before, or checked the U joints.

Tires could be out of round, but I feel like the shop would have noticed that when balancing the tires. OR, the tech was shooting the shit while the balancer was running to check balance.

maybe. They are newer tires...I need to find somewhere that can roadforce them, as that is what Toyota calls for anyhow.

I’d put my money on the rear drive shaft causing the vibration.

the steering wheel shakes badly when I let go of it. Not sure if that would cause it? Need to get up under it and check everything out.

Let me know what you find. I have a similar issue. I'll try and grease mine this weekend and will let you know if it gets rid of the vibes.

Either way I’ll be lubing the driveshafts soon. I’ll check the play and replace ujoints if necessary...might be worth the cheap insurance just to go ahead and replace them anyway :notsure:
