    ive never had a need to camp at gulches...just rolled out early and headed home late

    skips a good guy...and he cooks lunch...but its an expensive day of wheeling

    from columbia its close to the same time to URE and it costs $20/day for each truck + $5 for any passengers and food is extra (you can bring your own but skip cooks good chili and burgers)

    the good thing about URE too is that they are petitioning to get a larger area for more trails. unddo how it'll turn out, but expansion is better than closure

    well, Rausch Creek is about the same I think. URE is gov't land, whereas up here all that we have is private land.

    ok so now that the week before the trip is upon us

    is everyone just gonna fend for themselves food-wise the entire time?

    anyone wanna group up to work up a big meal for folks saturday?



    im planning on bringing myself, my girl, basic supplies, a lantern, and basic food stuffs like pb/j and bread...some hotdogs or burgers...and probably nutrigrain bars for snacking



    no MREs this time :laugh:

    planning on hitting the grocery store sometime wed or thursday along with either Target or Walmart

    Limited amount of storage space this time around, anyone got some extra tent or bed space? I might just poncho hooch it :p I gotta get my 2 wheeled camping mojo down.
