i'm going to bed so i wont respond tonight, but is anyone else caravaning with us? and btw, last time me and diana sat around for almost an hour while you and mcgee got ready to go, so i dont wanna hear it. what time would you want to leave from your place? (like i said, i wont be responding tonight. goodnight TW)

 

eralier the better.........so whenever ya'll get there, we'll be ready to go this go round. i gotta put my skids and tires on, but i'll do that on thursday......so when ya'll get here we'll leave.

i was actually expecting the temps on the mountain to reach the 30's. its hitting 37 here tonight. figured it would be alot colder up there

ya it looks like theres going to be a warm spell over the country (or at least the east) next week. supposed to get up to 60 something here this week, whereas all last week i dont think it even touched 50. looks like its the same for Troy.

I'm not complaining!

 

if it goes down to around 50, it'll still be cool enough for a nice fire.

only downside of 50 is that its warm enough for nd that he might go pantsless

 

id go and hang out with the VehiCross' that will be at URE.

 

they're going to have electricity, running water, and paved lots.

One thing though...I know up here there's some kinda beetle that is killing all sorts of trees, and I'm pretty sure the park rangers up here can fine you if you bring wood from outside the forests.

is it the same way down there?

we could go out on thurs and get wood if you know of a place though. think two loaded beds will be enough for 3 nights

 

50 is ok for fires, but 30 is better. sucks we have a warm front coming through. and for the record, i have 10 dgree bags, which are more effecient the less clothes you wear, so i always camp almost naked.

 

i just bought a 20f degree bag, =D got a new tent...got an air matress (friend doesnt like the ground) a comforter, sharpened my machete and hatchett, what else do i need? oh got a cast iron skillet

 

oh yeah..! got my sliders on =D hehe buddy of my welded it.. finally.... uploading pics right now
