If you still have it after the holidays we may discuss it. Wallet is strapped until then....lol

Why do the instructions call out 05-11 but the part number comes back 12-15??

No shnikies. Going to have to go to PA for a bit and look to what needs to be done to the rig to make it more capable. I need to make a list of things to do and leave the damn patches alone!

I feel you. Lol. I've had it for like 2 or 3 years sitting in my garage back in Texas so it's been collecting dust. As for the instructions, I believe they (Road Armor) only printed one set of instructions for their old part number bumper with the round fog light holes. The install was fairly straight forward and even included additional headlight support brackets that weren't required on the 2012. I just had to trim down the pre-existing headlight bracket a bit to get it to fit. That's what brings me to believe that it will fit all second gens. I can tell you for certain that it fits my 2012.

If you use fuel, a fuel resistant material is much better.
Nitrile or Viton. Even HDPE will work.

Indeed, I used the gasket made for these cans, I say rubber but not really sure what they are made of. They have lasted over 2 years so i would assume they are fuel resistant.

I was just commenting for those that would require that it be dumbed down. :)

I have used a yogurt container to make a fuel resistant seal. "HDPE".

When I was a mechanic I saw the wrong hoses used all the time for fuel, oil, etc. The bad thing is they break down internally and send little floaties into the whatever system it was used on and can make a big mess. Example someone used fuel line once for oil cooler lines on a chevy truck the hose broke down and clogged the oil pump pickup thus starving the engine for oil and spinning a few crank bearings. Always use appropriate materials for the intended use.
