I'll be honest I couldn't wait too much longer for a truck. I had a leased vehicle that was up at the end of this month so I needed something to replace it. I was shopping since late September. No dealer in So Cal at the time wanted to deal on it. Ended up going out of state and got what I wanted. To Longo's credit...they were the only ones offering me any deal. 37,777.77 on a 7568 w/ FP. Everyone else that I talked to wanted way above MSRP. So for those dealers that want above MSRP they can go pound sand!!! (Hamer Toyota...Marvin Haney...F-U, North Hollywood Toyota...Yaneth Orellana...F-U, Norwalk Toyota, just to name some them)

 

I second that. I bought my 2015 TRD ORSB at Manhattan Beach Toyota through Costco. DCH was awful and so was South Bay Toyota. Overall, I will just say the experience all together looking for my truck with toyota was terrible.

 

$800 under MSRP @ Longo. No hassle, I was out in less than 2 hours.

 

How was your experience at DCH?

 

I went with my GF when she was looking for a prius and they were very rude and arrogant. Actually, that was when I first looked at a Tacoma. I then went to back to look at tacomas months later because its a few miles from my house and yet again same way. I will say DCH has a great service department, but ya stay away from the sales. A friend from work also had a bad experience.

 

37777 isn't bad for a 7568 with FP. How much less did you get it for out of state? We paid 500 under msrp for our 7568 here in state. We didn't have time to drive it home however far it would have been. It was also the only one we were ever able to find in state

I loved my 14 Accord EX as well, awesome gas mileage, advanced technology, but it just wasn't me either.

 

I just sat down with sales rep from Toyota of Orange and they said they would order my truck (4x4 TRD Sport, Manual Trans, Short bed, with Tow Package and Premium Tech package in Super White) for 36,100. Every other dealer I've been talking to has been around 37,500.

 

That is a good deal. I first thought they had the truck and you were buying it. Then I would have said that no one was interested in the manual so they were dumping it on you for cheap...
