    Yes, that piece is removed so you will need to relocate the light. The bumper does protrude and a light bar can be mounted on top. We provide 2 holes to mount a 20" surface mounted light which will fit under the hoop. Any light larger (up to 36") than that would require that the bumper be ordered without a hoop & you'll need to drill the bumper to attach the light.

    It is a 2 piece cover plate that can be used to cover the fairlead hole if you're not installing a winch now or perhaps don't want a winch at all. Because it's 2 piece, you can paint the back plate a contrasting color if you choose, like red if you have a TRD. The front plate has SSO cut out in the metal.
