And if you do please post here so I can change my order to it! :D

To @patdeezy I went with the Baja cut out and hoping it will be easy enough to mount the Diode Dynamics 30" bar in there instead.

Well I just heard back from the shop doing the install and they said that the DD 30” bar was too wide to even make custom brackets to make it fit.

I’m going with an BD S8 amber driving combo, that the hole was designed for, and they have available. Unused 30” DD amber bar for sale soon.

Did you upgrade to heavier springs with that set-up, or are you just running the ones that came with the 6112s?

    go to 8:25 mark

I wish I had watched this video, from his perspective, the piece he cut, I Pried off the rivets and bent that entire bracket towards the passenger. It’s still plenty stable without it installed. I’ll eventually cut it out and add 2 brackets when I add the brackets to hold my SS5s for the grill.

for certain the thing had to be moved, I needed 3/4” - 1” of area removed to fit it when we tried to slide it on. Tomorrow sometime I’ll go grab a flashlight and a picture.

So it looks like if I do what he shows. Cut 1.5 inches straight up and then bend it over it should give me the clearance I need.

I was thinking to bend it toward the drivers side instead of the passenger side like he suggests. That way it will sort of box in the bracket since it offsets to the passenger side. Get what I am saying?? Hopefully that was clear :)

    ** UPDATE**

Even after I did the trimming to the bracket shown in previous post, the winch solenoid pack would not fit. So scratch that idea. Maybe a different Warn winch would fit but the EVO 10S pack will not.

So I mounted mine like Classy Tacos
