nice! which one? Not affiliated at all but check out morris mule in Anniston Alabama. ive been looking at a lot (I mean a lot) of company's but cant afford one. Morris' are around $5kish for the offroad model.

 

Looking at the Mule's, there is a dealer about 40 miles from the house. But have also thought of just buying a small utility trailer, swapping out the axle's, adding a rack and a tent.

 

I have been waiting 9 weeks now, hoping to hear something soon from SSO.

Mine took 7.5 with no powder coating but I ordered shortly after the GB opened up. 9 seems reasonable if you ordered mid-late GB, especially if you ordered powder or extra options.

 

Received notification this morning that my bumper is in powder coat. Looking forward to a late Christmas.

 

I received my shipping confirmation about an hour ago

 

how long from "materials received" did it take?

 

figured id put this on here as well. I pm'd @SouthernStyleOffRoad about their roof rack but never heard back. They make one for the 4runner and a lexus. I was wondering about the Tacoma. Trying to decide if ill wait or take the 10% off on prinsu

Got mine in Thursday the 4th. Question for you all:
I have a 2nd gen 2014. Has anyone installed the slimline without removing the entire bumper, just the center piece?

 

Going on about 8 weeks for me.....hopefully will be in by the 21st have scheduled a day to install stuff on the 22nd.

 

I need to find this out too. I have a 2014 DCSB but I just ordered mine during the holiday sale.

 

For the guys who ordered their bumper bare what are y’all going to use for paint? I’m thinking of using some self etching spray paint and then some black satin paint. My question is should I sand the self etching spray paint or leave it as is. The can recommends sanding it with 400 grit, but is it really necessary?

Damn I guess everyone that ordered got theirs Powder Coated no diy’ers anymore...

 

Check in the other SSO bumper threads. iiRC a couple people did.

 

I painted mine myself. I thought I'd save some money. But by the time I got all the supplies I didn't save that much. And I've had to to touch it up a few times from rocks getting kicked up on it and what not. I wish I had had it powder coated.
