    Truck stuff
^^^They are right. If your gumby you might be able to do it while its mounted on the truck. Otherwise it seems near impossible due to the tight space you have to work with to get the bolts attached. I couldnt get the front bolts and nuts threaded with the winch sitting in place. Had to lift it off the tray a small amount to start them.

I was about to send you a message, but this photo answered it. I definitely need to paint the inside of the bumper.
I followed your advice on which products to buy. I have it primed, but didn't think to prime the interior. I'll do that tomorrow. Any tips on the actual painting?

Mine will be here on Tuesday. Perfect timing, already have the day off (to sign for it) for my pup to be spayed.

Can't wait to get it on.

20170806_202830.jpg I got mine on Tuesday. Started to install it today. Got the cutting done and everything removed from the truck that I needed too and nothing that I didn't, I think? See picture attached. Tomorrow I need to install my winch and light bar on the bumper and bolt it to the truck.

What type of dremel do you need to make the cut. Gotta go get the stuff to do the install.

Looks fantastic. How long did it take? How do the cuts on the original bumper look? Any gaps?

For any lurkers that didn't get in on the Group Buy, was just tooling around the Southern Style Offroad website and saw they're offering 15% off this bumper right now.

Gaps are really good. Nice and tight. The trim definitely helps. I cut the bumper with it on the truck. Start to finish was 4 hours, but i was by myself and I had the bumper Line-Xed. So, getting the wing bracket screws into the holes was a pain.

For those of you using a Smittybilt X2O, I clocked the gear housing 90 deg to put the clutch lever facing forward. With the cutouts, this makes for easy access from the front of the truck. You can also reach the wireless switch on the control box with it mounted over the motor.
