    lol, ok. The trim is removed AND the bumper cover is cut/trimmed. The instructions call for the removal of both during the installation. In either case, it's semantics at this point because the bumper (or whatever Toyota calls the aluminum energy absorbing crash structure bolted to the frame) needs to be removed since it is being physically replaced.

    Pull the black center valance, make the necessary cuts, pull the energy absorber and all other necessary shit, install Slimline. That's all that needs to be done.
