    Patents are only as strong as your ability to enforce them.
    When you publicly state that you won't sue companies that infringe on your patents, you are effectively putting them into PD.

    well it didnt just plummet like I thought I would :laugh:

    At the present im in the black on it...so we will walk that line for a bit longer and see how it goes with their patents out in public domain. Im still leaning towards just selling it. How can it be good for a company financially to help any potential competitors gain ground in the market
