    SpaceX is going to attempt to gently land a Falcon 9 first stage onto a barge in the middle of the ocean. Scheduled for Dec 17th, next Wednesday. I can't wait to see if they are able to pull this off! If they do, this will be a game changer for space launches in general.     You may be referring to the Antares/Cygnus failure, nothing to do with SpaceX...

    The view from the Navigators chair as you re-enter. The same stuff all those guys seen.

    If you can get yourself oriented quickly,,there is a atmosphere skip right at the beginning, then it digs back in, and then it really starts to dig in quickly which was a test parameter to put extra heat on the shield.

    I muted the goofy music and added in AcDc thunderstruck,,because it's cool.
