I'm sure it is. It the video showed the true capabilities, we would likely be quite frightened.
I guess the big question would be, how long do the batteries last?

I mean NASA does the payloads, provider just launches them into the right orbit. Or buys/leases modules, etc. One customer among many.

Didn't the army start saving a ton of money by flying our troops to war on commercial airlines?

I don’t know if the army saved any money. But the airlines made a bundle.

My understanding is that they are taking commercial flights, not making specially created service routes for the military alone. As such there is literally no excuse they could give that anyone should be able to believe. Then i remembered the people they would have to "convince" $... and realized i shouldn't look into or talk about it further... I'd just get mad, and maybe/probably a forced TW vacation....

So we are going to move mass from the moon to the earth. I can just see it now. In fifty years some bonehead will claim that the rising sea is caused by the moon coming closer to the earth because of the change in the mass of both.

Given the existing outward drift of the moon, the amount of mass we'd have to fire off from the leading side of the moon to just counteract that would be staggering.
