Like Oz said the molecules are more less stuck here. Since this is a space and science thread it's kind of hard to take it any further, because it would necessarily require the use of terms such as 'soul' or 'life force'.

 

Once the sun puffs off it's outer layers when it dies,,and scours the planet and our molecules to nothing,,we will be here for awhile.

Unless you are buried down REALLLY deep or you pay for a Gene Roddenberry,,you are doomed to a scenario of non-existence,,lol.

Were do we go?. We go on a big hell ride once the planet is flung out of the system resulting from a dead sun.

Not sure if this one has been said yet and I'm supposed to be back on the clock in 10 minutes so I'm not reading all 11 pages...

There's a hypothesis currently that the universe may be 2 dimensional. When we refer to things like length width and depth it could be that it is the only way our senses and brains can process the information around us. When you think about this at first it seems ludicrous, but there is some merit to the idea. Try to picture that all of existence is on a single plane and that in order for our brain to organize places thoughts and senses it must process the information by adding a nonexistant variable, depth.
Now just try to picture that for the next 2 hours and see if you get anywhere. In the meantime, researchers are going to test the hypothesis by shooting 2 lasers along the same plane to see whether there is a measurable optical vibration/wavelength anomaly caused by them occupying the same space. If there is... then maybe we are all 2 dimensional!

Not quite, given that if existence were two dimensional nothing would have a "through" variable, ie depth. However, instead of being over you the bird could really be next to you either by length or by width. Weird right?

Mars had an India too? Haha. That canyon on Mars really is interesting and dwarfs the Grand Canyon. Would make sense it had that much water to make such a huge canyon

 

IIRC, they started that experiment last august, to collect data for 1 year with a fermilab holometer.

it theoretically should be able to measure down to the planck units (smallest frequency possible in the universe)
but people think that in order for them to find stuff, they'd have to break known laws of physics

but other people argue that those same laws are constrained and we actually dont know shit about it

the head guy for that experiment ended his paper about the project basically with
"IDK WTF'S GONNA HAPPEN YALL"
