    That world of engineering tweet is a good look at where Starship will be launching from at 39A. South and east of the pad surface, that grassy area in the foreground is getting turned into a secondary pad.

    As far as what I said about the employee having the leverage, when you produce results and aren't a slug, you can pretty much jump exactly where you want to be. Very few younger guys I started with on SLS are still there. They jumped to Blue, X, ULA, Relativity, or to my contract. My shop has 21 technicians, 5 of which are former Tosc'ers.

    ^^this. After 2-4 years of working in aerospace shops you can pretty much go where you want. And in those 2-4 years you will be making space parts too. I've made parts for ULA, SpaceX, rocketlab, Boeing, and many more. I've even cnc machined some high end jump rope handles.
