    Are tank farms always so close to the pad? Seems like a bad launch could quickly get exponentially worse.

    Sure but it seems a little close for comfort. The full stack looks like it would hit it if it fell over. Granted that’s not a likely scenario but not impossible and blowing up on launch is and the fireball would engulf the entire area and become an even more massive fireball.

    That's what insurance is for. Insure it for the cost of something better.

    That is really close. ULA at slc 37 is very close as well. 39A and B are 10 times as far as both of those.
