    Does the ESA have anything that would work?

    Some of the Galileo satellites have been launched on Ariane 5 in the past, and some of the upcoming launches are scheduled on Ariane 6, so yes, it’d probably just take them longer to produce the launch vehicles than they’d like.

    ESA’s ATV used to be able to, but it last flew in 2015. Don’t think they have any more sitting on a shelf, either.

    I mean there is this up and coming rocket that has the ability to refuel in orbit. To give you and idea of the size of this rocket, it's about 90% the interior volume of the ISS in it's cargo bays. It is supposed to have a fuel tanker version, wonder if they could just use the tanker version, fly to the iss, dock, and burn that extra fuel to adjust orbit. FAA greenlight GOOOO!!

    Reboost, and all the cargo they’d need for a year, thrown in for free.
    Hmm. Soyuz is only rated for 460 km altitude. Dragon did 585 during Inspiration 4, just boost ISS on up to ~500 km

    Pretty much, yeah. Personally, I think the US/Russia partnership in ISS has already done the job it was intended to do, which was keep Russia rocket scientists employed in Russia, instead of China/North Korea/etc. I hope we’re able to return to a state where we can continue to at least play together nicely on the ISS, but I wouldn’t bet on it. Really depends how things go in the coming weeks, I suppose.

    @Farcedude agree with your points.

    I was referring to the comments on reboost options (specifically the Starship ones).

    Scott Manley did a good video (as usual) on the potential effects on space flight and operations as a result of the Soviets acting up.

    Cygnus is able to reboost, and can be launched from F9. It's nbd.

    If Elon's as smart as we all think he is, he has his people calling the right people right now to replace Russia. That said Boeing and Blue Origin are probably doing the same, and they've got much more experience at it.
