I’m sure I’m not alone in having concerns…

So, was that a moist dress rehearsal?

Negative no rain. I wasn't going to say it if they weren't but they have- they have a leak on the exterior of the TSMU on the Lh2 side where it meets the core stage sounds like.

This is probably 40 feet off the 0 deck of the ML. No way they would put a gas or even electric JLG lift in place to put a wrench on fittings and leak check. Which means scaffolding probably has to be built, which takes time.

Before it rolled they had scaffolding surrounding this area for months. It will be much more difficult at the Pad. I could be wrong though. Brass has tough decisions to make.

Curly’s the SLS, the pipes around him are the lox, nitrogen and hydrogen lines at certain points during the WDR..

Since they aren't fully fueling the 2nd stage, it's not a wet dress rehearsal, just a moist one.

I know the fuel needs of the launch parameters dictate RTLS or drone ship but what is it about the ISS launches allow a RTLS?

Not sure about ISS launches being RTLS… I can’t recall any.

I’m not an expert but think in addition to fuel; the launch site, intended orbit and speed has a lot to do with determining if it can be a RTLS :notsure:

It's not going to ISS, it's a super secret mission for NROL (some kind of government spooks)

The early Dragon 1 launches were RTLS but D2 is heavier/carries more stuff.
