    Designed for 10 uses or so.

    'Richest' on nominal stock value. Selling it depresses the stock price. Also all them starlinks we're chipping in our 110/mo for cost a bit more than that .. like maybe 50-100m per batch. That's a lot of subscriptions.

    A halo orbit circles a Lagrange point. The NRHO is elliptical and goes between the Lagrange point and closer to the lunar surface. Basically just think of it as an elliptical orbit who's apogee is at the earth-moon L2 point.

    You must've not read my posts here over the past couple of years....
    (BTW, after scanning the doc, looks like there's bunch of 'will affect but not adversely affect...." statements so I think they might be good to go from the USFWS perspective. If so, definitely a double woot but I'll wait for the official announcement.)

    I can see them getting a mitigated FONSI for Starbase as an experimental launch facility, but I don't see them getting to the commercial launch cadence of 1 every 45 minutes like Musk wants. He's going to have to grease a bunch of palms to get to that point.

    Somewhere in the doc is a chart that doesn’t make sense. Must’ve been developed pre Starship 15 success. Talks about sub-orbital and operational cadence of 5 SH annually…. Didn’t read the whole thing so context might be off.
