Yeah, the only launches you might see are the ones from Wallops.

One of the recent starlink launches was. Not my image but this was taken from Carrabassett Valley, ME

Didn't think any were so I hadn't even bothered going outside and look. Was miffed with myself when I saw the pictures up here.

Hold on there Mr. @My Name is Rahl :D

I saw a high inclination Shuttle launch from Haverhill MA. It was about 25 years ago but I was able to see the Shuttle, tank and the 3 Mains firing through binoculars. An indelible memory.

Us up here in the Great Northeast should always be hopeful a launch will come our way. And with the Starship tower at KSC and the multitudes of launches rumored, who knows how many.

Hang in there, you never know. Though most rockets don’t get launched over land where people live…

I would think a combination. Was the Ax Module going up on an F9? Vulcan? If it’s the Vulcan, I pretty sure everyone in the queue is gonna be screwed.

Re: all the hub bub about the 2 BE4s Tory got but there’s no word on the assembly line. 2 disposable engines every decade is not gonna cut it.

According to Wikiwand, the launch carrier has not been announced yet.

Weren’t they going to at least partially assemble it attached to the ISS then separate for deployment? So that there was a habitable environment to retire to during assembly prior to full systems going online. Until Starship is crew certified we won’t have the kind of mission profiles available that we had with the shuttle. All current crewed vehicles would be like working out of a closet to build a house.

Yeah, that’s what I was alluding to (sarcastically) in that it wouldn’t have much time to coexist if it was delayed.
