If they’ve solved the problems with the turbos then I’d think they would improve at least somewhat on speed. How much is the question. They just don’t ever build the next one until the first one works which means there isn’t a pipeline. Whether they can ramp production depends on if they have the people and parts ready otherwise it probably will be one at a time and slowly training more people and acquiring parts.
Raptor II production didn’t suffer from this because Raptor I had set up the people, spaces, and pipelines.

I think this was one reason Starliner was hoped for since it would provide needed boost capability. That, and as successful as Spacex had been NASA really wants a diverse, robust space & space launch industry rather than a private monopoly. Getting things to orbit is a challenge but not an insurmountable one. Having the ISS available makes it easier but it’s not the only way to do it.

I think that's still the plan, at least insofar as Axiom hasn't updated their website yet.

    Per the BO website

    Production
BE-4 is currently undergoing full-scale engine development testing at our facilities in Van Horn, Texas. Full rate production will occur in our new engine manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

Of course they also claimed a hardware rich environment with multiple engines and test stands to promote rapid learning.
They’ll need 7 for New Glenn after ULA gets even 2 for Vulcan(or before, who knows) but no mention of when full scale production levels might be reached. Might have to dig into what’s happening in Huntsville to get a clue.

They opened the Huntsville plant in February. They announced hiring for 80 skilled machinists and welders in mid July. No rush there, big surprise.

I have vague memories of this…

It was something like a decade ago, wasn’t it?
