    Well it appears the isolation skirting helped protect the nearby engines. I expect some engineers are burning the midnight oil to see what repair would be needed to recreate the integrity of the footing ring. Simply replacing the missing section might not do it given the cold joints at each end and the possibility of other fractures. It’s the difference between the “gross work” there and the “fine work” above on the OLM systems that leads me to think they might just back fill after a thorough inspection and create a safe work zone to tear into OLM systems above while that gross engineering work(if feasible) is done, checked, and approved.
