I missed the Starship full stack testing yesterday. Was if a full WDR?

They (FWS) may also want to see the aftermath of the system and a static fire since the results are quite different.

Starliner has been removed from our schedule and we're being told that is a Nasa grounding, not Boeing. First sign of the kiss of death.

Totally uninformed speculation but they might be looking at how both deluge tests and launches affect the surrounding area since critters tend to come back. One may result in a wash out or be no more damaging than a heavy rain event while the other might be compared to a titanic deadly steam explosion. One that would kill anything in the area instantly.

Sucks but wait and see I guess. It wouldn’t be the first program to fail but it’s odd in that it’s in direct competition with another that’s enormously successful. Something seems broken or at least inefficient in their process. It’s supposed to be a more capable craft than Dragon, was it overreach? It’s one thing to invest in pure research or even an experimental craft like X-33 but that’s a lot of money poured down a drain for what should have been iterative to a company like Boeing. Well, maybe NASA is just taking the approach of “Get back to us when you’re ready, we have other fish to fry and we won’t hold a space open until you can show readiness”.

Nice, a mock up I presume.
I get the step by step part but not so much the ferocity bit. Now that they have some additional funding(Blue Moon and Mars probe) on top of Bezos’ they can up their game in that direction? At least move off the meek and mild square please.
Edit- So how many engines a month? The collage didn’t show any.
