    I wonder what that’s going to look like. Transfer to what? Something sent up on F9? Or just a thrust maneuver to push propellant in a certain fashion within the tanks? That might work if the supply tank vent valves were closed and the target tank vents were open. The transfer would be driven by the boil off within the supplying tanks. As long as no liquid reaches the vents the efficiency should be high with only enough thrust needed to keep the propellants settled.
