So I've got two 10" Rockford Fosgate currently running in my truck. I have them sitting on top of the folding seats in the back. The problem is that the sub box is 3 about inches too long so both seats have to be folded down for the subs to fit. Usually It's not a big deal but when I need to drive a third person for whatever reason they have to sit on the folded up seat

I'm just looking for ideas how I could free up half of the back seat.

    Unknow
    Many
    box behind the seat,
with some minor ingenuity you can do it as long as your subs mounting depth is under 6 inches

He doesn't have a back seat to put a box behind.

build a custom box the way you want. Plenty of access cab sub box examples on here. If you do it right, you can get one ten to sound better than your current set-up.
