This is a far reach but I’m curious. If I have been running spacers for a while on my current setup and now suddenly I remove those spacers and just run normally could that potentially create a balancing issue or something similar as to why my truck would shake at 45-50 mph when previously is didn’t?

back story is I installed new diffs yesterday today on one of the break in drives I start getting a horrible front end shake like an unbalanced tire in the front. Nothing changed except the differential and gears so I’m curious as to where it’s coming from. I didn’t disconnect the tie rod ends while pulling the cv’s either. And my alignment is still good.

Wheel spacers. I think I might have found it. My hub bore on my wheels is 110 and I need hub spacers. I ordered a set last night but I’m going to see if any of the tire shops here have some in stock.

So the wheel spacers had a 110 bore?

You shouldn't need hubspacers as long as you have a lug centric balance. I'm assuming an aftermarket wheel...

If you create a hubcentric bore on a lugcentric wheel, you run the risk of interference between the bolt circle and bore circle. They'll never balance.

What can happen is acorn lugs do not have as much clamping force as mag-style/hubcentric lug nuts for a given torque. Their lug seats should be lubed and torque rechecked after 50-100 miles.
    Have you checked torque?

Could have thrown a weight when you removed clearance the wheel spacer provided.

No the wheels have a 110mm bore we might have figured it out. Both my front wheels were way out balance so we will see what happens when they get it off the lift
