I have 1.25" Spidertrax on mine. I still have ToyotaCare and the dealer has no problem working with my spacers. Also, they torque the wheels back on by hand. Have not had an issue with anyone not wanting to work on the spacers; Discount, Toyota...no one.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Here is straight down side of mine. I have the 17" sport rims with 285/70 tires and 1" Bora spacers. Edge of tire is pretty much flush with widest point of the fender flares.

Tonneau Cover Side Steps 2” Wheel Spacers
New to the Tacoma Family, and know zilch about autos. Out of desire for a wider stance at low cost I opted to purchase 2” wheel spacers. Definitely made the look more aggressive, but I too have a slight front wheel rub on the wheel-well now when turning.

Any recommendations to make more clearance aside from removing the spacers? Straight up cutting plastic be quickest and easiest fix? Please and thanks guys!

yes this is old but i used search to not start another thread on it.

how much more road grime slings up on your trucks with 1.25" spacers? Ive been thinking of 1.25" to give it a wider stance until next years upgrades.

Just be aware that by installing spacers, you will be shortening the life of your wheel bearings.

3/4" Bora spacers on stock Toyota "Baja" wheels. Have had them on for probably over 50k miles and have never had an issue with driving and/or tire shops. The stock wheels on the SR just were tucked way too far inside the wheel well so a spacer was a must. I actually like the look of the Baja wheel... just needed a little push outward!
