Ok, so I have 17x9 Raceline Renegades that have 5.0 backspacing. Camburg Spindles require at least 4.5 inches of backspacing to fit the 4" spindles. If I get the Spidertrax wheel spacers, will the spindles fit? Also, will the spindles be a better ride than the Revtek I have on now?

The spindles will provide a MUCH better ride than the RevTek spacers. If you wanted to go the extra mile and not spend much more, you could couple the spindles w/ a set of 5100s up front and leave them at the stock setting. This would greatly improve your ride over stock.

Wow good idea. I was thinking about removing the Revtek spacer and installing the stock springs but now you got me thinking twice...

Just removing the spacer would be a hell of an improvement. Im sure you noticed the harsh ride after it was installed.

The stock non-TRD shocks (Aisin) are crap IMO. So an upgrade to the 5100s while you have everything pulled apart wouldn't be a bad idea. You can pick up a pair from Sonny at DSMS for about 172 bucks shipped to your door. Can't beat that.

They will allow more room for alignment, but they are not required.
