I have a 2021 limited 4x4 with the 18in rims. I have a 2.5 inch in front and 1 inch in the back . I’m running 285/65R18 and getting a little rubbing on the control arm . I am trying to figure what size spacer I will need behind the rim to get clearance. 3/16s ?

    Thanks for any input.

Wheels spacers to use spidertrax or bora. Bora makes a .75 I believe. Definitely stick to these brands. Great rep follow specs and your good.

Thank you for the reply. How did you come up with .75 as compared to a .5 or a full inch ?

    Thanks again.

Just FYI for .5” you’ll need extended studs.

I made the mistake of going 0.25” and the wheel does not sit on the hub

You’ll want to use a bolt on hub centric spacer. The smallest of those I believe is Bora who makes a .75” spacer.

I have 285s and 2” BORA bolt-on, hub-centric spacers on. Gives it a nice stance, and the tire tread lines up just about perfect with the OR fender trim.

If running 1.25", you'll likely rub a lot depending on wheel offset, caster(alignment), and if CMC.

I'm on .75" Bora spacers. Your wheels will need cuts or grooves in the back b/c the studs are slightly longer than the .75" spacers.
