Pretty sweet deal. The used manual hubs go for <$75 @ the cheapest. I'd get em, but shipping would be 30-40% of the price. Sweet boxes! Reminds me of the stuff we found in bunkers on the Aleutians.

The axles ship for $23 anywhere in the US including AK and HI combined. The hubs could ship for $15. You wouldn't get the cool wooden boxes though.

May be dumb question but what else would I need for manual hub conversion? Spindles bearings and that's it?

Spindles are the same, just need to swap out the wheel hub (and install new bearings, they use the same ones).

Then clamp your actuator in an always engaged position or swap out the entire diff end with a manual hub variant.

Wait seriously? I thought spindles were different. So if I bought these hubs and and axles all I'd need is the bit that the break rotor attaches to correct?

Bearings in my ADD Spindles are fresh so it would be nice to reuse them. But I thought they were totally different assembly. To account for the smaller shaft size on the manual hub CV

you can’t reuse the bearings they are one shot only, you would need new bearings, new inner and outer seals, you could reuse your ABS spacer and tone ring if you are keeping ABS but you need to use your knuckles. If you don’t have ABS, you need to reuse the non-ABS spacer, buy manual hub locknuts after pressing in the manual hub into a new bearing inside your knuckle, torque to 203lb/ft then lock it with an indent. A couple Jesus bolts, C-clip and washers for the manual axles outer joint and you will be good.

EDIT: looks like there are all the outer hub hardware in the box, plus seals. You would really just need a good manual hub with studs in it.
