    Hi all,

I'm going to be doing the rubicon around mid August once I get my crawl box in, and I was hoping some people in the area would have some spare parts I could borrow for the trip.

    I'm looking for a

    cv axle
    inner/outer tie rods
rear drift shaft, or atleast some spare u joints.

If anyone has some of these for a 2nd gen laying around, my idea would be to borrow them for the trip, and if I end up using something, then I can buy you a new one to replace it.

Thought I might try and save some cash as the crawler box purchase wiped me out for a little while.

Not enough to have a build thread.
    I'd contribute, but #firstgenprobs.

Good luck! Please report back on how the con treats ya.

No worries, I appreciate it. I’ll have to write up a trip report once I get back.

Can I borrow that crawl box? Haha where you located? I have most of what you've listed. I went to rubicon about a month ago. It was hard on my steering components.

For a CV axle, just get one from your local auto parts store. They're cheap, and I believe they come with a life time replacement guarantee.

Sure, they're cheap and they probably suck, but it beats walking home, or (worse) riding bitch in someone elses rig, lol.
